Amy's Kitchen - Soups. Healthy and flavorful canned soups & chilis. Amy's is a very
well-known national brand, well regarded in the natural foods industry. We also carry some
of their frozen products in our store.

Ancient Harvest - Grains, Pasta. Well established brand. Their corn & quinoa pastas are very
helpful to those who want to rotate their diet because they don't contain rice or potato as do
so many of the other gluten free foods. [Food rotation is an important strategy in preventing
new allergic reactions.]

Annie's Naturals - Dressings & Marinades. Lively variety of healthy gluten-free salad
dressings, often with organic ingredients. National brand. Quite popular. Everybody loves
these salad dressings whether or not they're on a restricted diet.

Arrowhead Mills - Beans, Dry Mixes, Flours, Grains, Nut & Seed Butters,. Another well known
national brand with many products, now with a gluten-free line. Consistent, solid offering of
organic everyday staples that belong in everyone's pantry.

Authentic Foods - Baking Needs, Dry Mixes, Flours, Miscellaneous. Gluten free, casein free,
soy free, and Kosher. Products are manufactured in a gluten free environment. Good range
of great tasting products. The dry mixes are a snap to whip up. Perhaps the first company to
recognize the value of some of the less familiar bean flours like GarFava. Bean flours are
important to the Celiac's diet because they add protein and variety without gluten. Bean flours
have a slightly nutty taste rather than a beany taste, and tend to be a little denser. They're
perfect for combining with other flours. Authentic Foods' Blueberry Muffin Mix is unequaled.
While we currently have it in stock, we're concerned that availability may be limited because
of a shortage of good blueberries this year. So if you need it, order now!

Barbara's Bakery - Snacks & Chips. Cheese Puffs like no other! The best, most delicious
cheese crunch ever! Wildly popular product at our Atlanta store for years! Gluten free, but note
the casein from the cheese and milk.

Bionaturae - Pasta. Organic hand-made, gluten free pasta from Italy. Their gluten-free pasta
is manufactured in a facility that makes other wheat products. However, the factory is tested
for the presence of gluten each production cycle. Also, each lot is tested by an independent
lab in the U.S.

Bob's Red Mill - Baking Needs, Cereals, Dry Mixes, Flours. Gluten-free products are
stone-ground in a room dedicated to producing its gluten-free line. Batch testing before
processing and after packaging. This national, established brand is a reliable, consistent
source for healthy staples everyone needs. But don't overlook the dessert mixes. We tried the
Brownie mix and were quite impressed. Not only did it produce delectably moist brownies, it
was so quick & easy to make.

Cerrone's - Miscellaneous. Just what you need for the summer months -- the one and only
gluten-free ice cream cone. They hold ice cream great and are just delicious! Very popular.

Dr. Schar - Cookies & Crackers. This company has been producing delicious, high quality,
gluten-free products with an added touch of European elegance since the early 1980's.
Customers returning from Europe alternately plead and demand that we keep Dr. Schar's
Crackers in stock. All of their products are delicious and popular, but the Crackers are
indisputably the hottest item.

Edward & Sons - Cookies & Crackers. Crispy, tasty gluten-free rice crackers. Organic
ingredients. Good size for small hands. Their Rice Snaps are consistently popular.

EnerG - Breads, Cookies & Crackers, Dry Mixes, Flours, Pasta, Miscellaneous. EnerG has
been providing foods for diet-restricted consumers for decades. Their bakery is gluten-free,
wheat free to eliminate cross-contamination. Innovative packaging extends the shelf life of
products to one year! Committed to providing pure, nutritious, wholesome foods. Recently
the company has revitalized their product lines with terrific results. Their new light breads are
a stunning improvement over the old line. Texture and taste are excellent.

English Bay - Beverages. Somehow this company has managed to create an alternative to
milk and rice milk that contains no dairy, soy, rice, gluten, oils, or protein. We've found it to be
popular with autistic kids.

Enjoy Life Foods - Cookies & Crackers, Cereals. Sinfully delicious cookies. Fun, sweetened
breakfast cereals with redeeming nutritional merit. All of Enjoy Life Foods are free of gluten,
wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish, and shellfish. Dedicated gluten-free and
nut-free bakery precludes the possibility of cross-contamination. Routinely tested for gluten
and peanut protein. Safe, clean products that taste great! All their products are popular. Look
for the new 2-cookie grabber packs. Great for sampling before buying a larger package or for
tossing in the school lunchbox. This is another company that has revitalized its product lines
to great effect. If you haven't bought their products recently, you've got to give them another try.

EnviroKidz - Bars, Cereals. Gluten free bars and cereals for kids. Organic ingredients. No
GMOs. No Prohibited Chemicals Or Preservatives. Fun, colorful packaging appeals to all
kids. Very mindful of environmental concerns. Sets positive example for kids. 1% of sales
donated to environmental causes. Kids love all their products.

Erewhon - Cereals. Organic nutritious brown rice cold cereals. Great for making those crispy
rice squares we all remember from childhood, only these are nutritious. Erewhon has been
around forever -- an old, old name in the natural foods industry.

Garden of Eatin' - Snacks & Chips. Their crispy, crunchy corn chips have been consistently
popular for years. The mini corn chips are the ideal size for little kids' hands. The Sesame
Blues are a uniquely popular item -- blue corn chips with the extra nutrition of sesame seeds.

Govinda's - Bars. Sweet, nutritious, natural ingredients. These yummy bars contain amaranth
for additional nutrition and protein -- keeps you satisfied far longer!

Hol Grain - Dry Mixes, Miscellaneous. Natural, pure, gluten free whole grain products. While
not quite as popular-selling as some brands, Hol Grain definitely has a dedicated, core
following that insists we keep their products on our shelves.

Imagine - Beverages, Soups. Rich, creamy, sometimes a little sweet, always pleasing
full-bodied taste. Aseptic package means no "can" taste. We love all of their soups, but have
a particular weakness for the Butternut Squash. Great addition for the Celiac patient seeking
variety. We also carry their very popular Rice Dream Non-Dairy Beverage products. Made
without artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, hormones, antibiotics or soy. Great on cereal,
in coffee, tea and recipes.

Jennies - Cookies & Crackers. If you like coconut, don't miss their Coconut Macaroons! A big
blast of sweet coconut flavor. Healthy ingredients and no sulfites.

Kay's Naturals - Snacks & Chips. Higher-protein, lower-carbs, no-gluten chips! A terrific
snack for those low blood sugar emergencies. Keep a few extras handy. Very popular! Great
flavor, but note the Soy if you're sensitive to it.

Kinnikinnick Foods - Baking Needs, Cookies & Crackers, Dry Mixes, Flours. One of the
leading producers of gluten free and casein free foods in a dedicated facility since 1991.
Kinnikinnick has over 120 products including quite a few frozen baked goods, many of which
we carry in our Atlanta store. Very popular! Non-Celiac folks gobble up their cookies just
because they're so good.

Larabar - Bars. Sweet but healthy gluten-free Snack Bars. Dates and nuts are the base with
added ingredients for taste variety. The flavors are very aptly named (e.g., the Ginger has
Snap and the Cherry Pie really does remind you of your best tart cherry pie). Just plain
excellent raw food bar! Very popular!

Lundberg - Cereals, Cookies & Crackers, Grains, Snacks & Chips. Brown Rice, Brown Rice
Cakes, hot Brown Rice Cereals. Robust flavor! This family business has been famous for
their highest quality organic rice and rice products since the 1930's. Lundberg has just
introduced a dynamite new line of rice chips -- thick, crispy, and deliciously addictive!

Manna from Anna - Dry Mixes. If you have a bread machine, you'll want to try their products.
We did, and what came out could have come from our favorite gourmet bakery. Wonderful
crunchy exterior, soft non-crumbly interior, superlative taste. And it was still fabulous the next
day! (What was left of it.)

Mary's Gone Crackers - Cookies & Crackers. Terrific crackers -- gourmet snack. Texture is
outstanding -- crispy, crunchy, chewy. Nice toasty, nutty flavor. Healthy, organic ingredients.
Bite-sized so expect fewer cracker crumbs. Very popular.

Midel - Cookies & Crackers. These folks know how to make yummy cookies! Fortunately
they've developed a gluten-free line. Their small size makes them ideal for a little kid's hands.
Their exceptional flavor have made Midel cookies very popular in our Atlanta stores for years.

Montina - Flours. Montina is a trademark name for flours derived from Indian ricegrass (not
related to rice) seeds. The pure Montina flour is unusually high in fiber and protein. These
products are very useful in providing both nutrition and variety in a gluten free diet. If you need

Nature's Path - Cereals. Cold and hot cereals. Simple, organic ingredients make up these
wholesome, healthy, delicious breakfast foods. Gluten free replacement for your traditional
corn flake cereals. Also, rice and millet based cereals. All good stuff. These popular products
have consistently sold well for years in our Atlanta store.

Omega Smart Bars - Bars. Amazingly nutritious, delicious, balanced whole food. Gluten free,
organic, rich in Omega 3, high fiber, complex carbohydrates. 40-30-30 balanced blood sugar
zone. Particularly popular with health enthusiasts.A

Pamela's - Cookies & Crackers, Dry Mixes. Delicious cookies in great flavors. Great tasting,
easy to prepare mixes. All very good, all quite popular. For chocoholics beyond shame,
there's an outrageous brownie mix, rated number one, with big chunks of chocolate in it.
Interestingly, we've found that even folks who are not chocoholics really enjoy it.

Pamela's Products are wheat free and gluten free. However, they are produced in a facility
that makes products containing peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs and soy. Pamela's has an
excellent chart that shows which of their ingredients are likely to cause allergy problems.

Pocono, Heart of Buckwheat - Cereals. Pocono is a brand of Birkett Mills, a company
famous for its high quality organic buckwheat. Amazingly, this excellent New York company
started milling buckwheat back in 1797(!) and they have remained committed to producing
the purest buckwheat products possible. Their milling facilities mill only buckwheat keeping
their flour free of cross contamination.

Real Foods - Cookies & Crackers. We carry only one of their products, the Sesame Corn
Thins, but it's just so good we have to stock it. A delicious corn alternative to rice cakes
shipped all the way from Australia!

Ruby Range - Dry Mixes. Ruby Range includes 2 wonderful, but less familiar, gluten free
flours in their dry mixes:
Mesquite meal is a sweet tasting flour that's low in carbs, high in protein, fiber, and minerals.
Studies indicate it is very helpful in controlling blood sugar levels.
Teff is another unusual flour. Sweet, nutty flavor. High in protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals.
Adds flavor and improves the texture of gluten free baked goods.

Thai Kitchen - Soups. Gluten-free ramen noodle soups graced with authentic Thai flavors.
Really injects variety into a gluten-free diet. Very reasonably priced. So quick and easy to fix --
no wonder they're so popular.

WestSoy - Beverages. Popular with our customers because they offer unsweetened
versions of their delicious soy milks. Convenient shelf stable packaging keeps these
products good for a year if unopenend.

Chebe Bread - Dry Mixes. Bread Mix for Chebe Bread, a delicious and different gourmet
Cheese Bread from Brazil best enjoyed hot out of the oven. Gluten free, wheat free, and yeast
free! There's also a plain version for those who prefer cassein free.

Cracker Flax - Cookies & Crackers. Healthy, crunchy, yummy flax crackers. Added nutrition
from flax includes Omega 3, high fiber, and high lignan content. Great with hummus,
babaganouj, cheese, or almond butter. Try their fruit flavored crackers crunched over your hot
rice cereal. Made from organic flax seeds.

Gluten Free Pantry - Baking Needs, Cereals, Dry Mixes, Miscellaneous, Seasonings. Early
and highly successful entrant into the gluten free market. Many products, big selection.
Excellent tasting. We've whipped up a few of the dry mix products (like the Coffee Cake Mix)
for demonstration purposes. All were deemed knockouts by pretty much everyone, gluten
sensitive or not. And they were all simple and easy to make. Sure, they've got GREAT
chocolate products, but there's so much more -- interesting flavors like the Cranberry Orange
Bread & Muffin Mix, a very popular product aptly named Favorite Sandwich Bread Mix, and how
about the Monterey Chicken Seasoning, or . . . Well, there's a lot there so check it out.
