you experience any problems, please share this information with our staff. In
the future we plan to add more specific information concerning cross
contamination issues.

We strive to present information accurately. However, please understand that
websites and e-commerce are dynamic and volatile environments. It's
unlikely that we will never make mistakes either typographically or in content.
If you order anything from us based on such a mistake, we will inform you of
the discrepancy as quickly as possible. If we cannot work out the order to your
satisfaction, we will of course give you the option of cancelling your order.

We accept the following credit cards online:

To use another payment method, please call us at our Atlanta store. On
phone orders only  we can also honor Discover and American Express.

To return an item, please observe the following steps and requirements:

• Call our toll-free number for authorization
  
• You must return the item within 14 days
  
• The returned item must be unopened, undamaged, and in saleable
  condition
  
• The customer must pay the shipping to return the item.
  

Shipping Policy:

Ordinarily we will ship your order by the next business day. If for any reason
we cannot ship an item within 3 business days, e.g., because an item is out
of stock, we will contact you and ask if you wish to cancel the order.

We charge a flat fee based on the amount of your purchase for UPS Ground
and USPS Ground.

Shipping Charges for UPS Ground and USPS Ground:

Orders under $60:                                   $10.00
Orders at least $60 but under $120:    $  5.00
Orders $120+:                                           Free!         

Aside from this flat fee schedule, we are currently able to calculate shipping
charges for UPS only. If you require a different carrier, please call our store
and one of our helpful staff members will assist you.

In the future we hope to fully automate other shipping and include discounts
to shipping charges based on the amount of purchase just as we already
do for UPS Ground Shipping.

For our local customers, we also have a Customer Pick Up option. No
shipping charges apply, of course, but Georgia state sales tax does.
